1. Highlights of the journey:

2. Japan Tour Schedule 6N5D

Ngày 1: Hà Nội - Osaka

Day 1: Hanoi - Osaka

You will gather at the pick-up point at 9:30 p.m. for the car and SmileTrip tour guide to take you to Noi Bai airport, check in for the flight to Osaka (VJ938, 1:40 a.m. - 8:00 a.m.) to start the 6-day, 5-night Japan tour.

Day 2: Osaka - Meriken Park

Morning: The group landed at Kansai Airport (Osaka) around 8am. After completing immigration procedures and getting luggage, the group had a light breakfast on the bus while traveling to visit:

  • Kobe Port Tower (Kobe Tower) – A unique architectural work, inspired by the shape of a traditional Japanese long drum. Completed in the 20th century, with a height of over 100m, it is considered a symbol of the port and city of Kobe.
  • Meriken Park: Located on the coast in Kobe, built between the two ports of Nakatottei and Meriken. Inside and around the park are many buildings with unique appearances such as: Marine Museum, Kobe Port Tower, giant carp statue,...

The group had lunch with the famous Kobe beef set.

Afternoon:

Continue the tour with Osaka Castle - Symbol of Osaka city. This is also the oldest and most famous castle with ancient beauty. The tour group admires the scenery (takes pictures outside).

The remaining time, the group is free to shop at Shinsaibashi, the most vibrant district in Osaka, with high-quality Japanese domestic products and attractive promotions.

Evening: The group has dinner at the restaurant.

Day 3: Osaka - Ancient Capital Kyoto - Nagoya

Morning: The group has breakfast at the hotel and checks out. At the appointed time, the car moves to Kyoto, visiting:

  • Sagano Bamboo Forest: a bamboo forest as beautiful as a famous swordplay movie in Arashiyama. Walking along the path is a row of green bamboo, rustling in the middle of the peaceful ancient capital of Kyoto.
  • Kiyomizudera Temple: Located on the highlands of Higashiyama, one of the most sacred temples in the land of cherry blossoms with a unique architecture made entirely of wood. The main building is designed to look like a national treasure, supported by 139 15m high pillars. Kiyomizu Temple was recognized by UNESCO as a Cultural Heritage in 1994.

Osaka - Ancient Capital Kyoto - Nagoya

The group had lunch at the restaurant. 

Afternoon:

The group moved to the next attractions Fushimi Inari Shrine (1000 Pillar Shrine) worshiping Inari God for good harvests and prosperous business. The road with seemingly endless bright orange Torii gates running up Mount Inari creates an unforgettable scene.

After that, the group will participate in a Japanese tea ceremony experience.

The group moved to the Chubu region.

Evening: Have dinner at restaurant, check in hotel, rest.

Day 4: Nagoya - Mount Fuji - Oshino Hakkai Ancient Village

Morning: The group has breakfast at the hotel and checks out. The car takes the group to the Mount Fuji area.

  • The group experienced a Shinkansen train ride - the pride of Japan, with a speed of 300km/h.
  • Mount Fuji – The highest mountain in Japan. This is also a scenic spot and historical site that has been recognized as a world cultural heritage. If the weather is good, the group will stop at the 5th station at an altitude of 2,300m to see Mount Fuji more clearly (weather permitting). 
  • Visit Oshino Hakkai ancient village: The ancient village lies at the foot of Mount Fuji.

The group had lunch at the restaurant.

Afternoon: 

The group participated in the earthquake experience at the foot of Mount Fuji. Then moved to Lake Kawaguchi, part of the Fuji Five Lakes chain. The 5 lakes were formed during the tectonic process of the earth's crust along with the eruption of Mount Fuji. At the same time, this is also a beautiful place to see yellow and red leaves at the foot of Mount Fuji.

Evening: 

The group will have dinner at a local restaurant. Afterwards, you will experience Onsen bathing (hot spring) at the hotel, a very good hydrotherapy method for health that has been applied by Japanese people for a long time.

Day 5: Mount Fuji - Tokyo

Morning: The group has breakfast and checks out. The car takes the group back to Tokyo:

  • Visit and shop at JTC Duty Free.
  • The group took souvenir photos outside the Royal Palace - the residence and workplace of the Japanese Royal Family. 

The group had lunch at a local restaurant.

Afternoon

The group departs to visit and shop at the Akihabara duty-free shop. Then, the car will take you to Odaiba Bay - one of the shopping and entertainment centers located on an island reclaimed from the sea in Tokyo Bay.

Here, you can enjoy panoramic views of the city, along with the famous Statue of Liberty. 

Evening: The group has dinner at the restaurant and rests at the hotel.

Day 6: Tokyo - Hanoi

Morning: 

The group visits and worships at Asakusa Temple - the oldest temple in Tokyo, built in the 7th century during the Edo period. This is also the place to worship Bodhisattva Guanyin and is also the center of major annual festivals in Japan. You can visit and shop at Nakamise street next to the temple.

The group took photos at Tokyo Skytree Tower - the world's tallest television tower from the Sumida River.

The group had lunch at the restaurant.

Afternoon

The car takes you to Narita International Airport to catch flight VJ935 to Hanoi (16:30 - 20:05). The group arrives at Noi Bai Airport. The car takes the group back to the original pick-up point. See you again!

4. Service regulations

4.1 Price includes: 

  • Round-trip airfare Vietjet Air: 20kg checked baggage, 07kg carry-on baggage
  • High quality scheduled shuttle service
  • 3* hotel standard 2 guests/room; in case of odd number of people, 3 people will sleep together (children sleep with parents)
  • Enthusiastic, experienced Vietnamese tour guide throughout the route.
  • Meals as per program 
  • Tickets to visit scheduled attractions
  • Visa fee & invitation letter from Japan
  • International travel insurance with maximum compensation of 10,000 USD/case.

4.2 Price does not include

  • Tips for guide and driver (mandatory according to international practice): 42USD/guest
  • Personal expenses, drinks
  • Other costs incurred outside the program
  • Single room surcharge for individual guests in case they cannot share a room (6,300,000 VND/tour)
  • VAT
  • Costs not listed in the included section

4.3 Tour cancellation/change policy

Customers who book a tour will not be entitled to refund or cancel the tour.

4.4 Children and babies regulations

  • Infant (under 2 years old): 20% of adult tour price
  • Children (2 to 11 years old): 90% of adult tour price

Note*

  • Any changes must be agreed with the group leader, we do not accommodate individual changes.
  • Please do not miss the designated shopping spots in the program such as JTC Duty Free, Earthquake Experience, Tea Ceremony (if you do not participate, there will be an additional charge of 10,000 yen/spot).
  • Services are booked and paid for in advance so if members leave the group or do not use the service, there will be no refund.
  • Customers who register for the tour, please go and return according to the group's schedule. We only organize pure sightseeing tours, so you are not allowed to separate from the group during the trip. During the trip, you are not allowed to automatically accept more family members or acquaintances on the bus without prior service agreement with us, we have the right to refuse to provide services for the above cases.
  • Sightseeing tours usually do not include lunch breaks and often involve a lot of walking.
  • Flowers that bloom and leaves that change color are easily affected by external weather conditions and bloom sooner or later. This is a case of force majeure, we hope you understand and sympathize.
  • Tips are an international practice when traveling abroad and are mandatory. Please pay the tour guide during the tour, including children 2 years of age and older.
  • The hotel may be far from the city center during peak seasons in Japan such as Cherry Blossom, Golden Week, April 30, New Year, etc. We appreciate your understanding.
